The research goal was to study serum concentration of immunoregulatory cytokines (IL-1ß, IL-6ß, IL-8ß, IL-10ß) in 80 patients with manifest hypothyroidism at the age of 21–50. 48 patients suffering from chronic autoimmune hypothyroidism and 32 patients with postoperative hypothyroidism were examined.
